We are Thinking Globally and Acting Locally

The Michigan Glass Project is associated with the Colorado Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Our mission is to unite the artistic glass community through charitable events that showcase the talent and culture of Michigan.  The Michigan Glass Project's 2012 main event, a three-day fundraising collaboration was a huge success! Artists from around the globe came together to make collaborative glass art pieces. Proceeds from the sale of the installations, along with silent auction art work and monetary donations will go towards re-opening the Belle Isle Aquarium. Our 2012 event and auctions were a success!

We are so thankful that we were able to donate $12,000 to The Belle Isle Aquarium. This money will be used to begin tank restoration and up-keep.

We are pleased to announce that we have chosen to donate our 2013 procceeds to The Aquarium again this year!
