GLASS EXPERIENCE
Looking for a creative group outing? Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a team outing, or gathering with friends, our private two hour glass experiences offer an unforgettable introduction to the art of lampworking. Designed for groups of up to five participants, you'll learn the fundamentals of working with molten glass while creating your own leaf pendant, heart pendant, mushroom pendant, or marble to take home! No previous glass experience needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Glassmaking is a hands-on experience involving heat, patience, and focus. You’ll work closely with your instructor to learn foundational techniques while creating your own piece. No experience is necessary, just curiosity, patience and a willingness to learn.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for this 2-hour experience. This gives us time to check you in, review safety information, and get everyone oriented before we begin working. We would like you to be able to take full advantage of the time on torch.
WHERE TO GO
All experiences take place at Michigan Hot Glass Workshop inside the Russell Industrial Center in Detroit, Michigan. Detailed arrival information, what to wear, and a participant waiver will be sent after booking.
