THE GRATEFUL GATHERING
VENDOR REQUEST

Fill out this form to request vending space at our upcoming event, The Grateful Gathering!

 

Date: Saturday December 14th: 4pm-10pm

Location: The EXPO: The Russell Industrial Center: 1600 Clay Street Detroit, MI 48211

Setup: 12pm; Load in will be through the main entrance of the Expo (not the back parking lot).

Teardown: Immediately following the event. Nothing can be left in the space overnight.

Booth Fee: $125

Booth Details: We are providing a 10x10 footprint ONLY. You must provide your own, tables, chairs, displays, lighting, extension cords, etc; anything you need to create your space. All vending will be located indoors. 

Promo: Our graphics team will make a group vendor flyer once space is full. We will send promo material over via email or social media channels once it becomes available. Please share!

 

Vending is first come / first serve and is limited to 45 vendors. No double booths will be issued.

Once you submit this request and are approved,  we will email you a link to your Vendor Contract where you can submit your booth fee. Your booth is not confirmed until payment is made.

Cash payments are not accepted. Once payment is received, you will be placed in a booth and emailed confirmation.
